- Dates to some point between the execution of Sir Thomas Culpeper in 1321 and the inquisition into this matter, ordered on 1 June 1323 (CIM 1307-49, no.644; C 145/91 no.31). The petition is damaged, but details can be supplied from the 1323 inquisition.
