The Earl of Kent makes three requests.1) He seeks remedy over land adjudged to be in Holland by Willoughby's recent investigation and claimed by John of Gaunt, but which formed part of his manors of Deeping and Bourne.2) He seeks remedy against the Abbot of Crowland, citing various actions against him and his tenants and servants by the Abbot and his servants.3) He seeks remedy against the Prior of Spalding, again citing various actions against him and his servants.
