Nature of request
Hughson requests that he be released from prison and his case be heard. He states that he stood surety with others for Kirketon, who had borrowed cloth from Blaunch to sell to Semy, but that Kirketon had been defrauded by them. Blaunch then began process against Kirketon and his sureties, for which Hughson had been imprisoned in the Fleet.
