- The small children and heirs of Guilhem state that their late father had been in prison as a hostage for the king, for which he had been granted compensation of £200 by letters to the Constable of Bordeaux. This had not been paid, and the heirs therefore now ask the king to honour the grant.

Note (Additional information about the record)
- Dated on the guard to c. 1311. The grant mentioned in the petition was made on 4 April 1305 (Roles Gascons, vol. III, no.4934), and the petition clearly dates from the next reign. However, no direct justification for 1311 can be found.
