Nature of request
De la Guardere requests the return of his land for the money that his father mortgaged his lands for, as his father had mortgaged them to Caresset to bury his father, and offered to repay him but Caresset would not take it, it was brought before the constable of Bordeaux who ordered an inquisition, and during the delay they went to war, and the petitioner's father died.
