Guldeford requests remedy as the king ordered Hachet to arrest him because his enemies falsely accused him of being an adherent of the king's enemies, but no mention was made in the warrant to seize his goods and chattels, nevertheless Warwick did so in contempt of the king.
Nature of endorsement
Concerning his body he should find sufficient surety to be answerable to the king when he wishes to speak against him, and let him be delivered.Concerning his goods and chattels taken without warrant, he should have a writ of trespass.
