Merchant vintners of Gascony.

Nature of request
The merchants vintners requests that it is ordered to all the bailiffs in or outside of liberties that they make satisfaction to them for all debts that they can show by tallies or sealed writings without delay from goods and chattels that they could find as they are delayed from the debts by the recent war especially from those of the lands of the earl of Lancaster.

They should go to the common law in England.
