Nature of request
Gloucestre requests delivery of his land in Holborn, which his father held by the service of one yearling sparrowhawk annually, and which was taken into the king's hand on his father's death on account of his minority. He further requests that the issues from the land from the time that it was taken into the king's hand, and the profits from his marriage granted to Waldershef be delivered to him as the wardship and the marriage did not pertain to the king by the service.
