The petitioners, merchants of York and Hull, request that warrant be granted to them to arrest the ships and merchandises of the lords of Arckel and Gorkum where they are found in England as they have shipped sarplers of wool to Calais from Kingston with Arnaldessoner who maliciously took them to Holland where they are detained by the lords who claimed the king owed them a great sum of money.
