[Petition in 2 parts].1) The earl complains about the prohibition sued by Staunton concerning the tithes that his ancestors granted to the prior of Lewes in Enmore.2) A further petition relating to the same matter.1)

He should await the coming of the chief justice of the king . . .2) Concerning the first point let the prohibition and the consultation be viewed and right and reason be done. Concerning the second point he should sue a writ.
