- It is requested that Eston, who was imprisoned in the keeping of the sheriffs of London by order of the duke, be put to answer or delivered by sufficient mainprise.

- The answer to the petition appears in the roll of parliament held on Monday next before the feast of St Martin, 1 Henry VI in which it was agreed that those imprisoned in the Tower of London should be released.
