Nature of request
It is requested that Eston, who was imprisoned in the keeping of the sheriffs of London by order of the duke, be put to answer or delivered by sufficient mainprise.
Nature of endorsement
The answer to the petition appears in the roll of parliament held on Monday next before the feast of St Martin, 1 Henry VI in which it was agreed that those imprisoned in the Tower of London should be released.
