Nature of request
Grendon requests that the chancellor examine the record of Fitz Robert and if it is found that Grendon was one of the indictors of Mortimer then let the judgment stand and if not then let it be void and Grendon be released from prison. Mortimer was indicted of felony before the justices of the Peace in Middlesex, and Grendon was one of the jurors and when Mortimer was acquitted he pursued his indictors, and by a misprison of Fitz Robert's clerk Grendon was certified as one of the indictors.
