Nature of request
Charon requests grace and remedy, and that the king will say his will on his right to the custody of the heir of William de Drilawe as it was granted to him by the king and he had seisin, and has kept the heir at his own cost. However, Flitwick has been granted the custody of the land and heir, and although Charon has petitioned before for remedy, and the matter has been enquired of through an inquisition no final judgment has been rendered.
