[Petition in two parts].1) Fitz Henry and Nyvel request grace and remedy so that they can execute the testament of Walter de Nyvel whose executors they are, as the king bought a piece of land called Bennock which was held from Walter and the rent is in arrears for 30 years.2) Walter de Nyvel requests grace and remedy as the same land has descended to him and 6 years of rent are in arrears.

Let it be ordered to the justice that he should enquire of the manner of the tenure and certify the king.
