Petitioners
John Flemyng (Fleming) and the others who were indicted with him at Wigan.
Addressees
King and council.
Nature of request
Flemyng and the others request remedy as they have been indicted at Wigan of taking goods in armour, horses and in other chattels from the rebels that they pursued and captured after Boroughbridge when they took nothing.
Nature of endorsement
They should come before the justices of the king at a day given to them and justice and right will be done to them on their complaint.Coram rege.
