Fitz Kan requests remedy as he was granted 10 librates of land from his demesne by John de Balliol for an annuity owed to him by Balliol's mother for which he did homage to the king of England for, but this has since been seized into the king's hand by Dalilegh and his companions.
Nature of endorsement
Coram rege.The king grants him £10 per annum to be paid by the treasurer of Scotland for his life, and he should have letters patent of the king under the seal of England providing first he surrenders the charter that he has from John de Balliol.
