Nature of request
Fitz John requests remedy as has sued against Hanlo to the justices of the Bench for her third part of the manor of Swerford as dower granted to her by her late husband with his father's assent, and Hanlo has claimed that he cannot answer without the king as he was leased the manor for his life by Despenser and the king has the reversion because of Despenser's forfeiture.
Nature of endorsement
She should have a writ to the justices etc. that they should proceed to a final discussion of the matter, notwithstanding etc. but they should not proceed to judgement without the council of the king.
