Fitz Thomas requests that he can be granted 100 librates of land which was Fitz Maurice's quit of rent until the heir comes of age, or that he be given an allowance of the rent until he is satisfied for the sum owed to him for the expeditions to Connacht and Flanders.

The king grants that he should have the land and that he be pardoned the rent, and that he should hold the custody until the heir comes of age, and that he should make an acquittance of the debt owed to him.
