Nature of request
Fitz Thomas and the other people request that the men that were with them in the war be pardoned as the English who were in the war have been pardoned.
Nature of endorsement
The king grants that all of them should have pardons of felonies and trespasses made before 17 February, provided that the magnates of Ireland testify by their letters patent to the justiciar, and that the justiciar of Ireland makes letters of pardon in Ireland.
