The petitioner requests that the king issue instructions under the privy seal or by word of mouth to the chancellor that he send a writ to the treasurer and barons of the exchequer to allow the sum of £100 delivered by the petitioner to Roger Mortimer of Chirk in the twelfth year of the king, on the order of John Walwayn, from the tax of a fifteenth for Mortimer's expenses in going north with the king.
