- The copy of the charter was made in association with the petition in SC 8/108/5372A; the response written on the dorse of this copy of the charter, given in French, and the hand of the accompanying petition, suggests that the two documents cannot be earlier than the 1320s, and are both notionally assigned here to the second quarter of the fourteenth century.
