Thomas and Isabella request remedy concerning their rights in Olveston and Berwick which have been taken from them as a result of the involvement of Isabella's second husband, Lanvyhangel, with Maruice Berkeley in the rebellion against the king.

Since the lands have been granted to the bishop of Exeter for a term of life, they are to pursue at common law. [Notes concerning Isabella's and Roger Crok's death at Wetherby.]

Dated, from internal evidence, to shortly after the rebellion of 1322. CIM 1307-49, no. 562, and CCR 1318-23, p. 667, indicate something of the circumstances of Olveston estate in 1323, but do not immediately help in the dating.
