Nature of request
The Cokefelds request that since the inquisition ordered in response to their earlier petition found that Isabel's right to the manor of Layham was sufficiently proved that the king will grant the manor to them or give it to them during the minority of the earl of Kent's heir. The inquisition found for them but the manor is in the king's hand by the minority of the earl's son and they cannot recover the same by the common law.
Nature of endorsement
It pleases the king that Isabel should have the manor or some other part of the inheritance of the earl's heir until he comes of full age so that she is able to have some advantage until she is able to sue her right. Let this be done according to the advice of the chancellor and treasurer.
