Nature of request
Delves requests that he be granted letters of the privy seal to the chancellor, treasurer and keeper of the privy seal to assign to Sy and Golde their fees from another place, they holding the manor of Walton for their lives, and make patents to Cotton of the manor of Walton with the advowson of the church there for his life, and with the reversion to the petitioner's father in exchange for the manor of Aber without further delay. The petitioner has long pursued for the manor of Aber for Cotton, and by the king's command the chancellor, treasure and keeper of the privy seal made an agreement with them for the manor of Walton in exchange.
Nature of endorsement
The king has committed it to his great council and wishes that, if the plaintiff is right, he may have other lands to the value.
