The petitioners request that the king ratify and confirm the lease made to them and the assigns of Durant by Jeen of the church of W[W...] Woodstock in the diocese of Lincoln appropriated to the same church together with the mansion of the rectory of the same church and the tithes, rents and other appurtenances, and with the advowson [...] of the same church to have to them the farm for a number of years for a certain sum of money. They request that they might enjoy the lease and farm notwithstanding any claim of the king.
