Master and brethren of God's House (maisondieu), Dover.

Nature of request
[Petition in two parts].1) The master and brethren request grace concerning the thirtieth on all their goods both inside and outside the port of Dover, and their contribution towards ships going to Wales in relation to the multitude of paupers that flock to their house for alms.2) The master and brethren make a request concerning the payment of issues for the passage from Dover, and the association of the master and Venesun by writ with the bailiffs for the same collection.
