The petitioners seek and order that they should not be indicted for any trespass or felony committed in the county of Dublin through writs issued outside the county by Rokeby or his associates.
Nature of endorsement
... king and council that felonies and trespasses committed in the county of Dublin should not be indicted in Kildare, or anywhere else outside the county of Dublin ... for this let them have an order to the justices ... such indictments before the justiciar of Ireland by reason of his office ... as it seems to the council ... that such indictments are in error.
