- The petitioners ask for payment of the household debts (for victuals and board) of the late Queen Philippa, and payment for her servants etc. They state that the king promised to pay the said debts through pledges and sureties etc., worth 100 marks, which have fallen into the hands and possession of Alice Perrers and have not yet been honoured.
