- The petitioners ask the present parliament to order repayment of certain loans, by assignment or in another way for the relief of their estate. For the maintenance of the wars of the king's grandfather they lent great sums of silver. The present treasurer knows very well that many of these loans have still not been paid to their very great impoverishment.
