The petitioner is impoverished by the non-payment of a certain sum and seeks a mandate from the present parliament to recover £25 13s 4d from Lady Alice Perrers, as it has been ineffective to pursue her through the common law. He shows that her bailiffs bought 220 sheep at his manor of Wendover four years since to her use for the aforesaid sum, to be paid in the months following, which sum has not been paid or satisfied to the petitioner.
