The petitioners seek the urgent recovery in this present parliament of various properties entrusted to them by the dead king. They show that he granted to them (and Roger de Beauchamp who is dead) and their heirs in fee simple without any condition, houses, manors, lands and tenements in an instrument under his great seal made to them from 5 October 1376.
