- John de Casterar states that he has permission by the King's letter patent to build a mill at his own expense, in which the King will have a quarter share. He asks that he might build it on the River Luy.

- The Seneschal of Gascony is to be ordered to consult on the contents of the petition with his council; and he is further to do what seems best to him to be done for the King's benefit.

- Dated on the guard to c. 1305, with reference to Roles Gascons, vol. III, no.4745, a royal writ of 1305 referring to the capture of Sault-de-Navailles, which mentions Casterar as a keeper of victuals at Bonnegarde, and to the related petitions.
