- William de Cloune, valet, states that the King had given his body and his movable goods to Robert Lewere, with whom he had voluntarily made fine to be in peace in future, and that he had the King's charter for all manner of trespasses. But Thomas le Rous, Sheriff of Leicestershire, has seized, by commission from the King, the little that was returned to him by gift of Robert Lewere for his sustenance. He asks that his goods might be given back to him.
