Robert le Clerc, son of Miles Marchal of Newport Pagnell makes three complaints:1) He complains that Richard Suard, Bailiff of Roger de Somery of Newport Pagnell imprisoned him wrongly, against justice and the King's peace. He requests a remedy.2) He complains that on another occasion Richard Suard again imprisoned him wrongly, against justice and the King's peace. Again he requests a remedy.3) He complains of a third occasion when he was wrongfully imprisoned, this time by Richard Suard, William Phelipp and Stelkene de Wocton, and that they would not let anyone bring him food or drink. He requests a remedy.
