Writ from Edward III to the Sheriffs of London, ordering them to release John Baynard, parson of the church of Colkirk, during his plea against Henry de Iddesworth, Official of the Archbishop of Canterbury in Common Bench, concerning the chattels and debts of John Baynard and of William, parson of the church of Toftwood, which are not a matter of testament or matrimony, if they can establish that he is imprisoned for excommunication in that case and for no other reason.
