- William de Balaeto, rector of the churches of Savignac, Cambes and Gerbeau in the diocese of Agen, requests a letter from the King to the Seneschal of Agen, in a form which he gives, ordering him to protect his possession of the tithes of his church, and not to allow Raymond de Gananduno and his brothers, or anyone else, to occupy them or to prevent him from receiving them.
