- The Consuls and people of the bastide of Ste-Foy-la-Grande state that they intend to build a bridge over the Dordogne; and, because the King receives £100 in small Turnois from the port of Ste-Foy, they ask that they might be able to assign these rents elsewhere, and to build their bridge, which will be to their great advantage.

- The Seneschal is to be ordered that if he finds that they can make the bridge without harm to the King or prejudice to anyone else, he is to grant it.
