Brother Peter de Byngnoles, monk of St Sever in Gascony, asks that he might have the Priory of Nerbis taken into the King's hand and given to the Sexton of St Sever, now dead, because the Prior was an adherent of the King of France, in compensation for the benefices he had which are now in French hands.
Nature of endorsement
A writ is to be sent to the King's Lieutenant in Gascony that if brother Peter puts himself in possession of the priory, he is not to impede him in any way.
