This petition consists of two separate petitions sewn together:1) Aimeric de Borc requests the King's letters to the Seneschal of Bordeaux to deliver to him the homages that he can show he holds of the King, and that he might be able to construct a fort ('faire une fort a le tremple a plank a tort') for himself and his men, in recognition of his service.2) Amerigot de Borc states that he has lost everything in the King's service, and asks to have the hostages and the petty seal of Bordeaux, for term of his life, in recognition of this service.
