Nature of request
Brom requests right and reason be done to him as he was granted the manor of Farndon by Perrers for his long service to her, but was ousted by Spencer who alleged that the manor pertained to Perrers. As no office was found for the king he was granted a scire facias to warn Spencer to speak for the king or himself, but the Chancellor does not wish to act and instructed him to petition the council.
