Beauchamp requests remedy as he bought the reversion of the manor of Kidderminster from Walter Romseye, the reversion being after the death of Alice du la Mare, Romseye making fine before Belknap for the reversion, but then marrying his son to Alice and enfeoffing the manor in deceit of the king's court and to Beauchamp's damage.

Note
The petition dates to c. 1384 as a licence was granted to Walter Romeseye to grant the reversion of the manor of Kidderminster to Beauchamp, and the petition is quite probably not too long after the grant of the licence (CPR 1381-5, p.460).
