Brencheleye requests that the sheriffs of London be summoned in the present parliament to answer him concerning their delivery of Stacy, who Brencheleye had had arrested and imprisoned for certain goods and chattels, he being delivered while Brencheleye was in the king's service abroad with the Duke of Lancaster.
Nature of endorsement
Let this bill be ordered into Chancery and having called the parties and full right is to be done without delay and in such manner as would have been done in this parliament if the parties had been present for that reason.
