Brent requests that the abbot of Glastonbury be summoned before the council to answer concerning his disseisin of a corrody granted by the abbot's predecessor to Brent. Brent has brought an assize but it cannot be held because of the abbot's lordship. Brent requests that right and due remedy is done to him on this.
