Briene requests that the contents of his petition are heard and that a remedy is ordained in the present parliament so that the king and Briene do not lose their rights and dues by default of right and justice, Briene being kept from his inheritance which ought to have descended to him by the death of Guy de Bryan by the conspiracy of his adversaries.
