Berkeley requests remedy as the rent from a fishery which his father granted to him has been withheld since the lands of Maurice de Berkeley were taken into the king's hand.

He should show his title in Chancery, and an inquisition is to be held on this and returned into Chancery, and let justice be done in this part.
