- Brankescomb requests remedy, as Frere was attainted of felony before Stouford at the delivery of the gaol of Exeter, and Stouford enquired of the goods and chattels of Frere, and found that amongst other things that Brankescomb had money of Frere's when he has nothing, and he cannot have a discharge to his great damage.
