- The fishermen request a remedy be ordained for them in parliament so that their boats are not arrested so that they can live by their art to the advantage of the realm.
- Nature of endorsement
- The king intends that for the profit that the fishermen do for lords and commons to grant that their boats are not to be arrested except in times of great necessity, and then they are only to be arrested if express mention is made of them and their boats in the commission, otherwise the commissioners are not to have the power of arrest in disturbance of their fishing.
