Nature of request
Brunton requests a remedy and that the arrears of an annuity which one William de Ippeston was bound to the abbess of Polesworth. This sum is demanded wrongfully and by conspiracy as Ippeston has no estate in the parsonage except by the intrusion made with the abetment of the abbess.

If he intends to have the advantage by error then let the record and process . . . sue to make the record and process come before the king, and let justice be done to him.
