Nature of request
Botiller requests that he is not put in outlawry by his contumacy until he is in prison, as he is in the archbishop of York's prison as is attested by letters patent of the archbishop, and in the meantime John le Botiller has brought an assize of novel disseisin against him where he was found in his absence to be a disseisor and is on the point of outlawry without the king's aid.
