Bruyn requests that he and his wife are able to have the lands of Robert de Harley near Pershore for their lives, the lands being in the king's hand by forfeiture.1)

Note
The petition dates to c. 1323 as it is clearly in the aftermath of the Lancaster rebellion, though orders were issued twice in 1322 and once in 1323 to take Harley's lands in the king's hand (CFR 1319-27, pp.85, 90, 202). The petition is likely to postdate these orders.
